We start by looking the structure over. Size and materials shape the plan, and so does how we get a machine to it. Power, water, gas and septic get shut off and marked before anything moves. On old farm places those lines were run years ago and never mapped, so we take our time.
Take down comes next. The excavator pulls the building apart in sections and drops it where we can reach it. A small shed or barn can be down in a couple of hours. A house with a foundation under it takes longer.
Then we load out. Grapple trucks pick the pile apart and sort as they go. Scrap metal goes one direction, and the rest goes off site. Nothing gets buried on your land or pushed into a gully out back.
Last comes the cleanup. We fill the hole and push the dirt back level with the dozer. From there the spot can go into a rebuild pad or back to open ground. Grading for a new pad is its own step, and we handle that too.
